The Brooks by the Water Villa at Lake Almano

 With views of Lake Almanor, the villa is only ½ block
walk to the lake. If you want to entertain young people with boating
and swimming, there is a boat slip provided
for renters.
If you want to lay back, relax and enjoy the views,
you need only go as far as your own deck to enjoy the scenery.
If you want to play a round of golf, Bailey Creek Golf Course
is minutes away with the only USGA 18-hole, Par 72 golf course
in the area. It’s beautiful to play and open to the public.
At 4,500 feet elevation and with 52 miles of shoreline, Lake Almanor
is Plumas County’s largest lake, offering year-round fishing,
water sports and spectacular views with majestic Mt. Lassen in
the background.
Mt. Lassen is 20 minutes away with Lassen Volcanic National Park
and Lassen Nation Forest offering hiking, views, and a complete
variety of winter activities.
The Villa at Lake Almanor provides every comfort. With 4 bedrooms,
3½ baths, 2,500 square feet of living space, a full kitchen,
washer-dryer, and a 2 car garage, there are all the luxuries of
home plus that exquisite location.
 
The floor plan is nicely open so space flows from one area to
another.
 The vistas are amazing and the deck draws you outside, in fair
weather, to enjoy entertaining friends or relaxing on your own.
A gourmet kitchen welcomes you for those lunch snack or evenings
when you don’t want to sample the area restaurants. Fully
supplied with utensils, you need only bring the food.
A lovely master bedroom awaits at the end of the day—or nap
time—and with it’s own TV and fireplace, it’s
a great spot for romantic rendezvous’, or catching Leno on
late night TV.
With three guest rooms you will have ample space for family and
friends.
With
a lovely window seat and again, those great views,
the
dining room provides a lovely spot for impromptu entertaining
(there’s
always take out) or those lovingly prepared home cooked
meals.
Rental Information:
The Villa at Lake Almanor rent by the week, check in at 3:00 p.m.
Saturday and check out by 10:00 a.m. the following Saturday.
The rate is $2,500/week Memorial Weekend through September and
$2,100/week October through May. A deposit at
the time of booking of $500 is required. If the booking is cancelled
prior to 30 days before the booked week, the entire deposit will
be returned. (No credit cards at this time.) If cancelled within
30 days, there will be no refund. Final payment must be received
10 days prior to arrival.
The Villa provides all linens and departure cleaning.
